MarketShare CTO Anupam Singh will be speaking at the Amazon Web Services re:Invent conference. His breakout session, "Marketing @ Big Data Scale," will discuss the impact of big data on the marketing analytics ecosystem.
As the complexity of marketing channels increase, and their need to be updated in real time grows, MarketShare's engineering team has been able to use AWS to allow marketers to be more accurate and agile in their planning and forecasting. This includes innovations (and many patents) in big data access paterns for analytics, distributed orchestration of math execution, and resource management in the cloud.
The event takes place November 27-29, 2012 at the Venetian in Las Vegas, NV.
MarketShare Advisor Jim Stengel (former GMO of P&G, CEO of Jim Stengel Company, author of "Grow') will be speaking at the Japan Marketing Association on November 5th. The lecture will be titled "The practice of integrated marketing management and the role of the CMO".
He will be joined by MarketShare COO Iván Markman who will be speaking on best practices in optimization to drive business growth and profitability based on his experience engaging with many of the top global brands and as head of MarketShare’s international business. Both will also participate in a panel entitled “Integrated Marketing Management and the CMO Function”.
